Hi Admins, I would like to know what time zone this forum is held in please? as if you look at that post time I was asleep when that posted, so please can you advise what time zone these posts are being stamped at please?

I know day time can be quite quiet sometimes. For the ones that like to read and self-study here some websites where you can find pretty good free online courses. My favorite so far is Yale University. If you know any other place for similar purposes write it down xx Enjoy your week xx...
