Why is sex bad

It seems really strange to me that we appear to chastise and sack leaders if they have a sex romp, yet we will prop up and provide support to leaders that slaughter people by the thousands.

People who have sex at the office or public or are open about it could lose there jobs and are frowned upon. Yet we promote, give tones of media opportunities to murders and psychopaths. We normalise bad and dangerous behaviour but are to scared to talk about sex. Every creature on the planet does sex in some form or another and every single day, yet it is almost always represented as bad.

If the whole world is driven by sex then haven't we got our attitudes towards it ass about.

How did this happen?

Workers caught in office sex romp
A cheeky pair of insurance workers are facing the axe after they were caught having a late-night sex romp in a Christchurch office. The Marsh Ltd employees made the huge mistake of leaving the building lights on when they, quite literally, got down to business. Unbeknownst to the unsuspecting couple, they had inadvertently put on some live entertainment for a bar full of patrons across the road who had taken up front row seats. Many huddled around a window to watch the action, whilst others filmed and photographed the romantic liaison.
The steamy images and video have attracted hundreds of likes and shares on social media, but the company is less than impressed. "It's not the type of behaviour we condone," Marsh Ltd executive Grant Milne told stuff.co.nz. He said the employees involved had been identified and an investigation was underway. Several bar patrons said the band even stopped when all eyes turned to the late night show across the street. "The whole pub knew about it and was watching while they were totally oblivious to it. Afterwards they celebrated with wine," one customer said. The saucy escapade could cost the workers their jobs

and now I have to guess when that occurred.....when did that happen that the workers got fired because they had a top less dance on a break? apparently it was all about the health and safety but I guess it was more an underlining "not appropriate behaviour" issue.

Great post and so so true. Before leaders are allowed to be sexual without being frowned on Religion either has to modernize itself or walk out off the door.

Ahoy well it seems that some people hate the idea of been a star on social media LOL everyone needs to be very careful where they play these days because everyone got a mobile phone and you never know when you are been watched LOL................
here more of the article about the couple

A late night rendezvous could cost two office workers their jobs after their steamy encounter was witnessed by patrons at a pub across the road. Stuff.co.nz reported that the insurance company employees who left the lights on in their building, were filmed and photographed by patrons at the Carlton Bar and Eatery who posted images on social media. On patron wrote "The whole pub knew about it and was watching, while they were totally oblivious to it. And afterwards celebrating with wine," one man posted. Another said "They should have turned the lights out." Alex Wilton told 3 News it was the highlight of the night. "The band that was playing at the time stopped because everyone else was more interested in watching them, and they finished up and had some wine," he said. "We all had a good laugh." Grant Milne, the chief executive of the company that employed the notorious duo, told Stuff.co.nz they were taking the matter seriously. "We know who is involved. It's obvious from the photos," Milne said. "It's not the type of behaviour we condone. It's very disappointing." It has also emerged that the man in the incident was married with children. A source told Stuff.co.nz his wife was not speaking to him and he had been crying "non-stop" since the romp went public. The female colleague has deleted her Facebook page

I can only imagine what our PM would say to this post. Maybe a little sex scandal would loosen him up a bit. But then he can wait until he is out of the lime light again.......as that could happen rather sooner than later.

Sort of crazy how serious the company has to act on something that is just natural, here seen as wrong and bad. The bad or wrong is the people who filmed and posted, but even there who cares, it should be celebrated.

We see on TV all kinds of promotion on psychopathic behaviour from real life shows to series about how to get away with murder, we have politicians and advertising lying and manipulating people for greed, behaving badly, but heaven forbid you see a tit or dick on TV and suddenly everyone will be corrupted and disgusted, what utter utter hypocrites.

This has always bothered me too. I don't think we're even aware of how much unconscious stigma is attached to sex in every day life either, for example porn movies/magazines being referred to as 'dirty' ones. What's so dirty about the most natural act in the world? Not to mention that it is the act that brought us all into the world.I would blame outdated Judao-Christian morality but I think we are all aware it happens in other religious cultures as well. I agree with Rochelle that until we can outgrow these there is always going to be an aura of shame around the whole act.

I agree and I think the attitude comes from the olden days. According to the adults when I was growing up who were obsessed with religion, sex is just for making babies and if it has to be done, it can't be fun or you'll go to hell however violence is just fine - the more the better.

My parents took me to see the Godfather when I was really young and the violence really upset me, yet the slightest hint of nudity on TV and I was sent out of the room. I think aspects of this attitude still pervade our society.

Ironically I used to find lots of porn magazines under my dad's bed and my ex principal has recently just been jailed for for being a paedophile - good riddance to a creep. It's all a load of double standards perpetuated by a bunch of frustrated old guys that probably secretly see working ladies for a huge spanking because they can't have a normal healthy relationship with their partners. Ladies please spank them extra hard for me, they deserve it!!

Definitely a stigma of taboo when it came to sex at a younger age. Sex is bad, don't touch your willy. Do not masturbate or you'll go blind when you turn 18. All these negativeness associated with sex when growing up was hounding when you felt like pounding. Now all grown up, "research" says Sex is Good for ya, "keeps you younger", "reduces stress", etc etc...

LoL, Dallas, I bet they let you use this for school projects? How the son of the almighty was velcroed to the cross?

Mine would just pour holy water on my willy and wash my eyes out with soapy water and told me to stop "borrowing" porno video tapes from my cousin.

I think if a few adults when I was growing up were restrained in a device like this, a lot of kids would have been better off!

You know the worse thing?
The local priest dropped by for morning tea and saw me all trussed up
I looked so serene. Angelic even
That he hung me up behind the altar got rid of that other miserable looking bloke who had been hanging there for years
You are going to have a problem explaining that at the pearly gates H2
