How do we all feel about social networking? facebook etc

I enjoy being able to talk to everyone all at once, but also now the government knows everything about us and where we are all the time. Its kinda liek a voluntary big brother situation. But with farmville as well.
What do you guys rekon?

I couldn't be more anti Facebook. Great for e-stalking (if thats your thing) and perving on girls with low self esteem chasing some attention but that's about it.

I care not for twitter either or every dried up "celeb" or athlete who thinks they are still popular.

I've heard of people in their teens using social networking for sexy times. They can get pretty clever opening fake profiles. As long as no-one reports the sexually explicit photos on their pages then it's easy for them to use the network as a 'playground' to find like minded people for sexy time.
There are apps now to find sexual partners- I haven't tried them but I hear they work.
There are people out there who abuse the forums used to find casual sex but there are always legitimate people out there looking for a hook up, ourselves included hopefully.

If your a gay man there's an iPhone ap which tells you there's other blokes who want a root in your area. Can it get any easier??

Internet dating sites (don't get me started lol) also make it so easy whilst Facebook isnt as easy or quick but finding girls DTF usually isn't too difficult

It is called Grindr. I think it is for Android as well. I was shown it on a friends iPhone. Blendr is for straight people. Made by the same company. I have tried Blendr. Talked to a couple of women on it.

Not really amused with the internet dating sites. They claim they are free but when you receive an email, they want monthly subscriptions.

I have also found at most times, you talk to the person and within two or three conversations, they are wanting money.

I've closed down most of them. Had a few meets though with people on AdultMatchMaker but that was a few years ago.

I think it would be easier to save up and then go to a brothel or a private lady.

I definitely agree with ya..Don't waste your time lookin' when you can get great service and enjoy a night with a pretty PL or an escort from a brothel

One good point to Facebook is re hooking up with old friends, people seem to forget danger lurks everywhere not just on the web, granted it has made things easier for the sicko's.
