I just like my massages to be clear up front. If I'm after a RnT then fine, but then both myself and the lady shouldn't be confused about that. If I just want a massage then that should be all I get, no suggestion of other stuff. I've had some great Thai massages in Thailand, all of them non sexual - absolutely fabulous.

Any one else been to that little section in Little India in Kuala Lumpur I think they call it blind massage row There is a whole row of stalls all the masseuses are blind They give unbeleivable massages Whether it has something to do with them having better sensory perception via touch etc I dont know But it is money well spent

Who knows where else they would press...gotta be careful when one is blind. lol...can't say I've been there b4.

I like the massage, the bit at the end is the bonus. In saying that i think most men like the sexual bit and most like the first time at a place where you do not know if they will or they wont.

Naughty Thoughts

I like a nice massage that goes all over. It can be very relaxing most of the time. I don't expect it to lead to anything sexual afterwards most of the time, I just like to get the kinks worked out. Having said that, when my better half puts her hand on me... :love3:

To be honest I like a lady that goes for her purse. Of course... I pay. But I appreciate the gesture.

It is very unlady like to insist on paying for her own share, very.

Come on, Homer, we are in the 21st century now....... :)
As much as I appreciate other gentlemanly gestures and good manners in a man I certainly don't expect that he pays for every thing on a night out. I like to pay my way.
Or I do have an arrangement with a dear friend of mine that whenever our busy life allows us to catch up for lunch one or the other gets to pick the place and pays for lunch. Last time was my turn, next time will be his turn and I am already looking forward to it.

For fine dining, I think Bluewater Grill.
For a romantic evening, I love late nights and the beach, drinking beer & talking shit.
I think though, if a guy reeeeeally wanted to impress me, the winner would be tickets to a contemporary dance performance. They are always sensual, sexy and a clear and direct statement from him to me that says, "I'm so into you, I will sit through two hours of THIS!"

Ahoy, Come and stand upon my Deck, with the wind in your hair and a champagne glass in your hand, gaze upon the sunset as we sail towards the horizon, there will be singing and dancing upon the decks and plenty to dine upon. But alas Myyyyy Sweet Preety One we shall treat you with respect but the only way home is to swim, welcome aboard new crew member!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The casino is actually quite a good bet in more ways than one. the Atrium buffet has an awesome selection to choose from so no problems finding something to suit anyone's taste. It is also quiet enough that you can have a conversation. Afterwards there is a flutter on the gaming floor or you can listen to some good live music at the groove bar. If you are young and enjoy damaging your hearing there is also Eve nightclub later.

Just start out early enough to bag a parking spot as that is the worst thing about the place at the moment.

Tell you what Guys and Dolls, start saving now and Ladies - you pay for yourselves and likewise for Guys and you'll help a good cause. Better still ladies, why don't you take the guys out and pay for them for a change? :D

World s best cook for charity
The West Australian ©

It will be the biggest assembly of cooking star-power assembled in Perth.

When Thomas Keller, David Thompson, Neil Perry, Brett Graham, Ben Shewry and Grant Achatz combine to cook the $1000-a-plate Ultimate Dinner For Starlight in October, the lucky diners will be eating food from the most Michelin-starred and awarded chefs ever gathered under one rangehood in Australia.

"This is the biggest thing Australia has ever seen," Starlight Children's Foundation ambassador Perry said.

The event will be held at Perry's Rockpool Bar and Grill at Crown Perth.

"For all these guys to be together cooking one dinner is pretty extraordinary," Perry said.

The menu, finally agreed to by the chefs only yesterday, has been released exclusively to _The West Australian _.

Thompson, the Australian generally considered to be the most respected Thai chef in the world and the owner of the only Thai restaurant to gain Michelin star status, will be plating up an aromatic curry of chicken and sweet potato with cucumber relish.

Speaking from his restaurant Nahm in Bangkok yesterday, Thompson quipped that he was coming to Perth because he had been given "the royal command".

"Neil has an Order of Australia these days, so you can't say no," he said.

"Besides, the Starlight foundation is a wonderful charity and it's an important thing to do.

"I'll just be cooking an old-style curry but it's something no one would have ever seen in Australia before. It's uniquely Thai."

Keller, whose restaurants Per Se and The French Laundry have both won world No.1 status, will be cooking a herb-roasted saddle of David Blackmore full-blood wagyu beef.

Shewry's Attica restaurant in Melbourne is rated as the world's finest Australian restaurant and is No.21 on the San Pellegrino international rankings.

He will be cooking "cucumbers, holly flax, sauce of Burnet".

"It is tiny cucumbers, marinated in chardonnay vinegar and char- grilled," he said.

"The holly flax is a member of the rosemary family but tastes like an olive. It's very rare."

With all these celebrated stars working together in tight quarters, is there likely to be, ahem, issues?

"No," Perry said. "There's no ego at all.

"They're all awesome guys to the point that when you ring them and ask them to do an event like this, they all put their hands up.

"They're perfectionists, but great guys, too."

Guests will drink premium wines with their six-course meal, including the rare and expensive Tattinger comte de champagne blanc de blancs and the famous Leeuwin Estate Art Series chardonnay from Margaret River.

I've spent time in London and New York which are supposed to be the most expensive cities in the world but in comparison to perth they are dirt cheap. Why is that?!

Langtrees VIP 6

"PERTH is now Australia's most expensive city and the eleventh priciest to live in worldwide, according a renowned online cost of living index.

Numbeo, a website that claims to collate the world's largest database of user-contributed data about cities and countries worldwide, now rates the West Australian capital more expensive than Darwin, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne for consumer goods, including groceries, restaurants, transportation and utilities.

And the list also christens Perth as the second most expensive city in the southern hemisphere behind Luanda in Angola, with the rest of the top ten taken up by cities in Switzerland and Norway - with Stavanger classed as the most expensive place to live in the world"

Essentially because we had a huge resources boom that made a lot of people very, very wealthy and employed a very large number of people who were paid far more than they were actually worth. People moved over here, spent up big etc.

Our infrastructure is starting to finally improve but sadly its 4-5 years to late. Costs the government (ie us) money, transport costs go up, rents rise, utility costs increase, it gets passed on etc. It all filtures down the line.

Little creatures beer is actually cheaper over east than in freo where its bloody made!

Perth is expensive because of a number of factors.

As Magoc says, the resources boom has jacked up prices.

We are also a very small, isolated city on the edge of a continental wide desert where most manufactured goods need to be imported.

New York and London have huge populations, and so have economies of scale, most European cities are close to other cities, so distribution of goods is not too expensive.

Australians expect a high standard of living (the car, the boat, the quarter acre block, etc.) while in London, far fewer people own cars, etc.

In WA, there are/were so many high paying jobs in the mining sector ($100,000 plus per year), that service industries in Perth find it hard to find people to cook, waitress, answer phones, etc. so they have to offer higher and higher wages - guess who is paying for those wages !

Added to that, union leaders who destroyed the UK's manufacturing sector have migrated to Oz and many are here in Perth telling mine workers to ask for even more money and perks so they can now destroy our mining sector.

I think I need to have a Bex and a lie down !

I got a speeding fine in the mail the other day from doing 100 in an 80 road works zone on the Mitchell Freeway which I didn't see. It cost me $300, the same fine in NSW is $253. I'm guessing that's probably representative of the price difference generally?
