The other big factor is finances and economic inflation, there is less cash now per head.

I would disagree, prices have certainly slow down and been constant now for a few years.
When you look at Canberra, NSW, Victoria, Gold Coast and I believe the prices are the lowest in S.A.

It's not really that Stovo82 its the fact the dating and clubbing scenes have changed over time, remember when you could buy a girl a drink and start chatting and if your lucky get a 1 night stand from it.
