Ladies be aware whilst on tour up here... A lot of otherwise "dormant" conditions can come to the forefront up here... Personal hygiene is of utmost importance in the tropics A lot of fungal conditions can rear their head up here... such as thrush, uti's & athletes foot (tinea) ... be aware & prepare... keep on top of your own self... & if in doubt check it out
