A good few years back on a trip to Wellington we stumbled across a bar w/ Jelly Wrestling & there was an open invitation to join in ... however given the rules & the size of the bouncers no-one, absolutely no-one joined in ...

In my late teens 5 of us had the awesomest food fight! It started with our dinner which was spaghetti Bolognese and we ended up using tins of beans and spaghetti, pasta sauce, corn kernels, flour, eggs,,you name it, if it was in our fridge or pantry we used it. It was mammoth!
The clean up sucked though. There was beans on the roof, the carpets needed to be steam cleaned and we literally used a plank to scrape the kitchen floor out the back door.
We were very thorough with our cleaning. It cost us a fortune too. Was definitely worth the memories though 😂🤣

Jelly fighting. Early 20's. Party on a block we had. We dug a pit and had a slip and slide going into the jelly pit which of course we had some wrestling in. So so so much fun.

There are occasional theme nights at one of the Perth Swingers clubs that feature jelly wrestling in a pool (Approx 4mx2m, & both with females only or mixed M&F). Fun to watch and join in. As variations they also use baby oil rather than jelly😈🥳, or they use a foam cannon so everyone disappears in the mountains of foam 🥳 never quite know what action the foam is concealing 🤔🤪..

In the brave new post Covid world, these may however have to be left in the annals of past fun playtimes😖😢

Market City Tavern had jelly wrestling every Friday but the end of last year. It did make a lot of mess and a lot of furniture and to be moved.

Many years ago I was at a place with three other mates called a "Drive In Theatre", something younger people may have heard about. You'd turn up in a car, attach a speaker to the window and watch the movie on a large screen. This particular night the movie was boring and we'd bought all kinds of food from the snack bar, so we began a food fight inside the car which went for some time as we wrestled each other, food went everywhere.

The next day a girl at work asked me what I did the night before, I told her I went to the drive in. She said, "I know, my boyfriend and I were in the car next to yours and we started to watch the fight. It was more entertaining than the movie" :)

Sounds like some of these theatres are opening up again in these strange times.

[/QUOTwhen you do not have a girlfriend drive-ins are great as you can take your pets in the car with you I take my dog and when we go to the snack bar I socialise my dog with all the other people with pets.
