Do you agree Respect is Earned -Trust is Gained - Loyalty is Returned?

Years ago you would work in the same place forever almost
as you found you respected your Bosses, they respected you back...
You totally trusted them and they gained your trust...
And you would be loyal to your Boss for a long long time.....


Do you find this is a thing of the past......?
Are you in a job where you are just a number?

It's generally mutated to those ideals in the modern world but I practice: respect is given freely regardless because it's my morals and principals at stake.
Trust is accumulated at different rates for each individual, situation and again amount accumulated ie. felt.
And loyalty sadly, in its true form which is a beautifully amazing gift, is as rare as hens teeth. The definitions are even extremely muted for what are three of the most basic human expectations and rights. Daz. X
