To a lesser extent, there would be a serious market for sexy curvy girls that do realistic cosplay. They don't have to make their face look anime, just wear the clothes the character does and act like that character.

Ahoy Tim, I would agree, there would be a market for this type of Role play/fantasy play, the costumes would not be hard to produce, then you will need a stylist and hair & make up artist to come up with "The Look" Unfortuantely its a younger W/L market not a mature W/L market, due to the nature of the fantasy. But, if you could find a young W/L who has a little acting ability you certainly can place a very high price tag on a full service, I am thinking 1hr 30 min at $1000, 1hr at $800, 30min at $400. Advertise around University and TAFE, the young cowboys would line up around the corner to get in;- LOL

I suppose the only other option at the moment would be to find an attractive young w/l, get to know her and then purchase the costume yourself and ask that she wear it for you.An acceptable compromise I guess.

They could also hang around things like Oz Comic Con. Lots of guys that are into costumes and roleplays, with wallets full of money. Offer your services while dressed like this (ignoring the guy dressed as Booster Gold), and people will be in you faster than a speeding bullet...
