Well peoples I've happily completed workout#9 today. Was upper body again...more back and chest today. I was very happy when it was over!
Anyway..onto the good stuff. As it's my birthday tomorrow I'm celebrating tonight by going to the Opera to see Don Giovanni. I've never been before and am very excited. I'm getting all dressed up, I've had my nails done and a pedicure and bought a gorgeous Wheels and Dollbaby dress for the occasion. Very much looking forward to it...and as a bonus I get to go out with a girlfriend too. Yay! Then tomorrow night I'm heading out with 2 other friends (love you Miss Rochelle) to have a lovely dinner and see some live music
