Why use Punter Planet when Talking Sex is free?

Why aren't punters using Talking Sex more? Free and unrestricted as opposed to the terms and conditions of punter planet, seems like a no brainer to me, but it seems there's very little action here where reviews and opinions can be posted without limits.
What gives?
