The death from cancer of social writer and dedicated charity worker Holly Wood has been received with great sadness by the countless people whose lives he touched.
He died this morning, after having been admitted to hospital, where he spent his 68th birthday, last week.

I worked with Holly Wood at the Independent and he was such a great guy I was saddened by his death another one taken too early.
