I use Photoshop CS :)
i'm guessing any photo editing program can do it ..

it's one image i've had swiming around my head for a while .. just had to find the right stuff to do it :D

Ok i've been asked how did i do the leg thing .. well ok this is it .. the elements used to create the photo ..
