Where do WL's get their names?

So where do the WL's get their 'working' names?

Is it something alot of consideration is put into, and a personal meaning behind it, or is it just random and sounds good?

For those working in an establishment, is the 'working' name given to the lady or is it something she chooses?

Are there those, that would keep the same 'working' name while they remain in the industry, or others that prefer to change it often?

I thing many girls put heaps of effort to choose a sexy name, at least thats what im told but heaps of asian WL's actually use their real names

it's a good question. i have always wondered how the names come about. sometimes (read most) it's just so obviously a made up name, but how and why that particular name?
