What's with all the AMY's SOR

Had a quick search on E & B for south of the river and noticed all the different ads for AMY. All diferent numbers and photos. Obviously the unverified pics will in no way look like the real person advertised but it just seems a bit 'off'. Not sure what is going on.

Are they all claiming to be the same 'Amy' or just lots of girls with no imagination using the same name ?

Looks like lots of girls with no imagination but I assume one person advertising using different personas and numbers.
