what to fix with?

can anyone recommend some cream to put on and around gential area if it has been a little sore from activity eg slight breaking of the skin .
 
You have to be careful with what you put down there. I couldn't find much on the net to answer your question. I personally would have thought maybe paw paw cream or aloe vera cream would be ok. Probably check with the pharmacist though just incase there is something better.
 
Maybe a visit to your local chemist, or health care practitioner.

Phoebe that was very mean it is a genuine question Vicks and denco rub will sting like hell.
