He's thoughtful and romantic.
A wise man is one to keep. He should demonstrate his thoughtfulness by doing things that make you smile. He understands that it's the simple things that matter. He will go out of his way to make you feel special.
 
The ones with money, status and looks. If they can't get that, generally they will settle for a provider later. Not all women though.
