What is the etiquette in an AMP?

Generally you can wait to be offered. Ive never asked before being offered. Can only recall not being offered once. That confused me as it was following a really good tease.

You’ll generally be offered, this is where the girls make their money, so trust me, they’ll ask you. If you feel the urge to ask, ask as soon as you get there if you want. Then you can relax and know exactly how things will play out. If you ask over the phone, generally you’ll get talk to the girl in the room, or similar, you won’t get specifics.
