Early because:
You are likely to be girls first
She won’t be tired out from a days work
Other punters are busy at work
Most open at 10am although a few so earlier...

Not near closing as they will:
Rush
Offer 4 hands so other girl isn’t waiting around (damage to wallet!)
IMHO YMMV
 
Part of 4 hands is the shop fee for the 2 is reduced but you have to treat both equally for extras unless you negotiate something at the start like fs with one only. YMMV
 
Yes, morning during a weekday. It's quiet and you won't have to exchange awkward looks at others in the waiting room 😆
