I’ve got multiple brands of different kinds,cold and hot strike as well as cautery,didn’t find any of them very painful. Sewing pegs on the labia,that was challenging. Hurt more than labia needles.

Ouch!! I think sudden intense pain is the worst. If you have a gradual build up pain tolerance seems to be much better.
