Ok i know its illegal to d/load from the net, bit where do u go and is it easy to stream a tv show which has already been showen on tv
i often hear people say i watched that show on the net where do go on the net to do that

I use torrents rather than streaming. Not sure of the extent to which direct streaming is available.

I think the word i used stream is wrong more like playback..thanks for the response

My 1st world internet speed is not capable of streaming anything....it may steam up my frustration.

I watch Home & Away on Daily motion if I missed it on tv :) even got a apk in Playstore to watch on my phone.

All the free-to-air stations have catch-up TV apps where you can watch recent shows you missed when originally broadcast. ABC iView is the best, 9jumpin the worst.

I use torrents because my iinet connection is so poor and unreliable that I can't stream youtube let alone a movie or tv show. Otherwise I'd probably use Netflix and make sure I had the US connection as I've been told that gives you greater access to more recent tv shows.

I SO had to get used to aussie internet. I'm used to superfast almost-free internet everywhere. I loved Netflix :).

Here I would never download torrents and other travellers never share movies or tv shows. Oh no that never happens. Honestly!

Optus (at least in WA where i am) is the cheapest for unlimited internet and no problems with watching netflix or utube even on multiple devices at the same time.

Thanks Cruiser, I used to be with westnet and they were amazing but I need to change so I might try Optus, thanks for the tip

Doesnt it seem strange Most of Australia is putting up with super slow ADSL2 or some such Yet go to Geraldton its all fully connected to the NBN and as such also has had the price of there internet come down

And it appears the feds will be giving the rest of you a NBN made of cardboard chewing gum and whatever else is Cheap!!

Yep, I'm still...

Whereabouts are you from Fiona? I've heard there's some crazy speeds overseas.

Like I said, 1st world country with 1st class internet service that makes you Scream TV rather than stream.

I hear you XLNC, me waiting for the NBN ship to dock too and apparently it be 2018 that they starts to construct the gigantus that is NBN in my area. I reckon by that time Hellstra would be offering it's 8G service at a premium price.

H2, did you reckon NBN attracted this bunch of immigrants to dock at Gero? We have NBN speed beyond imagination cum aboard...

Well gero has NBN and our shire paid to have it laid on the major road (singular ) so we had access So for us it was $1500 but its better than living in backward places like Perth Adelaide Melbourne

Torrents I download all movies some still in Cinema and TV programs. We have Netflix but hardly sue it. Youtube is another good place to look
