Do W/L's have an orgasm - real or fake - with every punter?

My wife's clitoris gets too tender after a couple and she then doesn't want to try for any more, no matter how gentle or well lubricated.

This makes me wonder, if a punter is a WL's umpteenth client for the day, how do they deal with the same issue? What if they've already had several genuine orgasms that day, but are now a bit tender, wouldn't it actually just be painful for them from then on, and definitely make it easier for them to then just "fake" one to get it over with so the punter stops stimulating it.

It's one of the things that's put me off ever trying a WL. I get my greatest pleasure from seeing my wife's pleasure, but if there was even the hint of a suspicion that it was "fake" - or worse actually painful/unpleasant for them, it would definitely put a huge dampener on my fun.

Probably a stupid question. But just wondering.
 
I'm the same. I see w/l to gain experience and if they fake it then what's the point? I won't learn anything. I don't really want sex just please them till orgasm. That is my satisfaction.

T/J - Have you tried to leave the clit afterwards and just work the rest of her body? Warm her up again and gives the clit time to rest.

The "warm up" period till the next time is about 4 - 6 months. It's about as often as I can stand putting her through the hang ups that follow for the next little while.
She probably wasn't the best example to use in the above illustration.
 
Most of us have seen the movie 'When Harry Met Sally' and one of the infamous scenes is when Billy Crystal's character says men know women are faking it. Meg Ryan's character then starts to suddenly go into a climax right in the middle of the diner. Billy character then concedes, maybe men can't tell, cause the orgasm she supposedly had seemed so authentic.

Unfortunately, this therefore is the truth to the matter. Guys can't really tell, when a woman orgasm. There are certainly signs, but this is not always the case, that she had climax.

My question to the WL's, if a punter asked her directly 'Did you cum', and she didn't really, would she tell the punter a 'white lie" to stroke or not shatter his ego?
 
Some reactions are impossible to fake. However, some WLs do fake it - for the benefit of the client. Can you tell which is which? I can most times, but not always.

I have been known to fake as well.

All my orgasms are very real ;) and I would never manipulate a client into a faked orgasm.

I find I don't need to fake it or want to for that matter.

I do my best to communicate what feels good and how I like it so the client can see a true orgasm. My sensitivity after orgasm is short lived, its only within 10m of the orgasm. I find after the 2nd orgasm of the day, they roll :p
It does depend on the client and how receptive he is to listening, some guys let their ego get in the way and don't like pointers cause they like to think, they've got it sussed but this is rare, most guys are interested in learning :D

As sexnut mentioned, there are ways to keep arousing a women without touching the clit after the first orgasm. Feather light touches all over the body will gradually build arousal up again, and sensual kisses.

A busy day will usually increase my sexual hunger and it flows.
When I need a break, I won't book any clients. I follow my body and when I need to, I give it time to rejuvenate, as a private, I can pace my bookings, according to what I'm up for, at any given time :)

I love you. I love getting pointers. Every woman is different physically and emotionally, so different strokes for different ladies.

Vanessa, I have found that mutual pleasure equals more pleasure for both parties. So, guys if you have not done this yet, satisfy the lady first and reap the rewards of better sex - whether with a W/L or non-W/L.

I have read a fair bit of what you have to say in your posts and really enjoy your level headedness whether you are talking about dealing with "pollies" or topics like faking orgasms etc. You are a cool lady.
