Unprotected sex and seeking help

I talked to a cop today after I saw a thread in an ugly mug thread somewhere else. The guy was persistent about not using a condom and someone asked what could be done about it.

Basically, the cop said that if the client takes the condom off in the booking then it becomes un-consensual sex and they can do something about that.

If it is someone trying to book and won't drop the issue then you can go to the Perth Magistrates Court and file for a Misconduct Restraining Order, and if they ignore the restrictions imposed by that then the cops can do something about that too.

I hope this helps you feel more comfortable reporting that kind of behavior
