Working behind reception requires to be up to date with STD's.
I did come accross this tongue twister in an article I did read a while ago.
In a nutshell - It was first identified in Europe, the first case in the US was reported in 2024. It is a fungal infection affecting the skin (scaly, itchy rash, inflamed lesions) and in it's early stages is often mistaken as eczema. It primarily spreads through close contact. Treatment requires antifungal medication and can last for several weeks.
Not sure if it has reached our Australian shores yet - however I thought it important to be aware of it's existence and to know what to look for.
