The number of punters who pay a deposit only to be ripped off. How many of you have been disappointed with doing exactly this. Why would you pay a deposit if it is a non refundable.
I have never paid a deposit only for a car.
As we have seen some will put up ,$1600 . And a phone only to be ripped off. What is your most disappointing non refundable punt. How much did you lose.

I‘ve yet to see an ad where a deposit is requested that seems credible, usually whats offered is so far off the spectrum to be believable.

Like all businesses you have to be careful who you deal with and how you deal with them. Many businesses ask for a deposit.

If you have been asked for a deposit from a Locanto ad where your only form of contact is an easily disposable phone number you're a fool if you pay a deposit. As they say a fool and his money are easily parted.

If you are asked for a deposit from someone who has an ad on Ivy Societe or Scarlet Blue, or has a good established online identity and multiple contacts you will be safe. No one who has worked hard to create a good brand will risk it over your $100.

So to answer your question, no I haven't been caught out after paying for a deposit to any business in years.

Avoid the stress of possibly being ripped off.
So many other Lady's don't ask for a deposit.

Never pay deposit is my motto.
Image search mate. Go to international 300 and ask for lolli

But if you decide to go ahead, do as much homework search as possible. She has an eb ad too.

I understand that some punters stuff WL's around and I'm sure 'no shows' happen. My mechanic doesn't ask for a deposit when I book my chariot in for a service and I'm sure he has no shows too. Having said that, I've never paid a deposit to a WL and never will. A no show is an occupational hazard that is mitigated through pricing, careful screening and providing such a great service that you have many repeat (and reliable) clients.

I’d never pay a deposit. Too susceptible to being ripped off.

Yes. Many times we have heard people being ripped off.
Yet there are those who seem to not read or see the posts on deposit,s .
I am sure by year's end we will see some else who has not taken notice. And will post something on this subject.
It is easy money for those girls who are doing this because most punters are not going to get the police involved. The shame of being ripped off and probably have the media involved as well.
Ahh nah . Make the booking. Go to see. If not happy. Walk.

I've paid deposits to two people; one a well-known member here and to a touring Mistress I saw three times.

In the latter case, it was her policy as she had no-shows and time wasters.

Never had a problem.
