i hope its just early "teething" issues, but every category is messed up with pinned posts, old posts, new posts, spammers spamming posts and replying to old one. escorts mixing up with amps.

i thought there was just going to be deletions, but this is worse lol.

i hope it gets better eventually, but i got no idea wtf is going on with all these posts 😅

I think half of the problems you are talking about are being created by us punter users. The spamming posts you are referring to are paid advertising that has recently happened, not spam. we do not own this forum. If you want a tidy one go to Punters Planet and pay the subscription fee.

I suggest you find somewhere that interests you more babe this is the au.langtrees.com forum so you take what we give, you have no ownership, and you pay nothing to use it, so join in or find an alternative is my suggestion.

On the flip side, the reason advertisers pay is because we are here. If user retention drops due to the significant reduction in quality of the site, there would be no reason to advertise here. Excessively catering to one side would bring negative effects in the long run.

You don't have to pay for PP access. Just submit 5 reviews and you are in.

The pinned ads are easily identified by the pin icon next to them, it takes a second or two to scroll down to the punter posts. Most sites start off this way. At least this one asks you to be active to be involved, for now. Frankly I see much less posts from Punters giving reviews than those seeking info, and never giving back. There are a few guys who we all know who help us newbies out, but even those are getting tired of no feedback/reviews afterwards. Just my opinion.

Hmmmm......and before the current changes we had a forum that was headed to the basement. So much chat about how we could pay less than $200.00 for everything we wanted from sometimes vulnerable WL's. In many respects it was turning into a meat market fuelled by some men who wanted more for less and it smacked of misogyny. Every punter has a price point, lets be gentlemen regardless of our capacity to pay and the price point we punt at. I'm happy with the evolution of the forum anything is better than where it was going.

Been here much longer than you. Defunct account had a lot more reviews. It was a lot better prior to you joining 3 months ago.

I only joined this forum a month or so ago so I have no idea what the system was before. Personally I've mainly been on the Perth Privates board because I figure that that is the appropriate place for me, but the number of stickied threads is pretty ridiculous. I am now having to kind of hunt through the 'posted date' column to see where the new threads are (i.e. the ones made/contributed to by members, not advertisers). I understand that Langtrees owns this forum and that they can do what they like with it, but a bit better organisation would certainly be beneficial. For me personally, I am more likely to see a particular escort based on testimony/lived experience from individual members, rather than advertisers/paid employees. Most of all I am looking for a place where I can discuss this sort of thing with other Perth people in a respectful but open way.
