This case has been in the news for weeks so I won't bother everybody with the details.

The jury are influenced most of the time. If it went to the jury God help the lady.

Might get a more severe sentence for not pleading guilty and therefore wasting tax payer's money for the trial and putting stress on the system for the trial.
