Whilst we are on the topic of germs just a little reminder that the most effective way to protect yourself and others is good hand hygiene. So getting into the habit of using hand sanitiser and also a barrier cream after every intro and after performing a health check along with immunisation will be the best form of protection for yourself, your family and fellow workers. For me if I was to inadvertently pass on influenza or COVID to my Dad I would be giving him a death sentence. Anyone who is already high risk due to co morbidities such as COPD emphasemea or diabetes etc already have a low immunity. This also includes bubs & grubs who haven't yet developed natural immunity so are also high risk. Sorry for the mini thesis
