Have you tried pre-workout? Definitely a great energy booster. It would help you get the most out of your morning dumbbell session too, which the more muscle on your body (and the less fat) the higher your metabolic rate will be.

That is such a Pommy thing.....like cricket and Vegemite if you don't grow up with it, you just can't get into it

I am a fan of overnight oats or chia pudding. Added dried or fresh fruit and nuts to it with a bit of Greek yogurt
