How much is risk of getting STI from b*b*b*J?
I always stay away unprotected vaginal and Anal sex but been open to unprotected oral sex.
Recently been thinking how much is risk of getting std from are you silly
What's your thoughts and experiences?

I say this as a sex worker who has offered that, and regular health checks done. In my experience its low risk and personally I have never had an STI in my throat.
Yes there is a risk and take into consideration HSV 1 can be transmitted to genitals. I personally use betadine mouthwash after
I encourage people to practice safe sex and make an informed decision

Thanks for your feedback.
I'm more interested in the risk for male. I assume If the mouth and gums look healthy, the risk of STI transmission from a SW to the male punter should be negligible.
I hope im right otherwise I might have to resist my patioon for you are silly.
 
It's obviously higher risk than a cbj but the risk is very low if you use a bit of common sense, e.g. don't do an ubj with a lady that has sores around her mouth. Ultimately it is a risk/reward calculation and we all have different risk/pleasure profiles.

It's like asking what's the risk from smoking if I only have a few a day. If you are that concerned best to not do it! There is no such thing as zero risk sex with anyone when it comes to possible infections.... STI's, thrush, HPV the list is endless. If you want no stress in your life just don't do it. Stick to hand jobs and be a happy man. You will sleep better at night.

One can get herpes sores on hands for transmission to other persons genitals. Gloved handjobs, depending on type of glove used, rip the skin on the penis.
 
The only time I ever got an STI was from oral. It turns out the lady had gonorrhea in her throat and she didn't know about it. A day or two later I had symptoms and got tested. It was easy to clear up with some antibiotics.

I've had around 200ish sexual partners in my life so based on this very poorly controlled, N=1, scientific study, the chances of getting gonorrhea from silly head is about 0.5%
