Hi guys

I’m due for a check-up and was wondering if there are any after-hours clinics in the Perth metro area that offer STD/STI testing. Ideally, I’d prefer somewhere that also sends results via text or online.

It’s been about 12 months since my last test, and I usually finish work around 4–5pm, so after-hours availability would be much more suitable for me. If anyone knows please advise.
 
Instascripts can do all this for you, fill in the request pay $24 and you get a pathology request form , get your blood done and they email you direct with the results. If you are punting a lot 12 months seems a long time between tests.

Yeah Ive been putting it of to long.

I have no symptoms but feeling anxious about it for some reason, just all the stories you hear people having something with no symptoms. Need the peice of mind.

Found a clinic open till 6pm in cannington

Hey i did this recently- https://www.smarthealth.me/

sent me the pathology stuff via text/email in 20 minutes and results by text instantly when they where received ( the next morning). It was pricey.. the only cheaper option i can think of is an After Hours doctor bulk billed but you would need symptoms or you would have to make something up ( as they can do phone calls now and dont require to see you face to face) - or a $40 updoc appointment - or HolaHealth appointment and its basically an online Australian doctor for advice/ referrals. However, they will not text you results, usually they will give to GP or ask you to book another appointment just to say your negative $$$$....

Is this cost really an issue compared to the cost of your punting and the consequences of getting an infection, especially if you are using AMP'S?

No Shit? And depends if someone can afford a $180 test or not that doesnt even come with the tube for urine..
 
180 for a test?
i pay 90$ for the normal GP consultation get 45$ back and i get full blood tests with a cup to piss in and swabs and results in a few couple of days.

i also hit up the place in northbridge.
