Sonia - intel

This is the problem. Everyone asks for intel but leaves no unique identifying marks for future punters when they are searching.
And the same person (in this case Sonia) gets asks about again and again.
Search Sonia, you have to go thru a lot of results to find it but there is intel here.
I can find 2 threads but no one mentions her unique Account ID or unique phone number.. Sonia is a common name.

If johnmatilda did not mention the Sonia link, a search would not have found it. Her name was not in the title.
The other thread the op named the girl in the title. So search can find it.
I answered this thread cause the op used the name. No name in title and I will ignore in future.
