Two Complicated things !
If you are a working Person or Businessman or Businesswoman these is the two little things to keep in mind no matter how harsh your day have been but once you are into working mode Keep smile on your face to make the other person comfortable and put questions to get the conversation going and ends at your profit. Lovely thought taught by Mrs Langtrees today. How do you manage this? Have you been in so much stressed at your work that you forgot to smile?

It is especially important to smile before you answer your phone. Your smile comes thru your voice and it also makes you concentrate on the call rather than what you were previously doing.
Asking questions. It is human nature for us to answer questions, this gets the conversation going,What is the weather like today, we have to answer,
I am haveing a great day, how is yours going? QUESTION QUESTION QUESTION
I have moved this to the Advertising board as it is a very strong principle on how to answer your phone and convert inquiry into bookings?
