With Orchard Towers closing down, a lot of the businesses moved to Geylang/Kallang. However, there are still some AMPs on Orchard Road located in the less salubrious malls - the ones that have a plethora of tailors and foreign exchange services. The AMPs are usually found on the upper floors of these malls.
 
There are a few in or near main CBD business district. Also lots in the Chinese shopping malls but very hit and miss. Geylang if you want to 100s in many streets to choose from. Pm if want any specifics
 
From limited experience, no, they're actually pretty good. Maybe a few years younger than present, but generally pretty good. Certainly much nicer than the Geylang brothels which are seedy to say the least.
