NT Parliament votes to decriminalise sex work

The Northern Territory becomes the third jurisdiction in the world to decriminalise prostitution, as MPs vote to adopt new legislation which means brothels, soliciting and home-based sex work are no longer illegal.

Yes and no. Mary-Anne had laid her cards clear on the table and told them she refused to make ladies register. She told them she would take the rap for this if police decided to do anything. So many people do not realise how much Mary-Anne does for the industry, though she didn't physically submit documents for this bill she has rallied, in past meetings, hard with people in position, for changes.
