There is a lot of material discussing what food helps the sex drive to do the deed. So what have you found to be helpful to carry out the marathon? I know many who have cornflakes afterwards. Should one only eat a little to perform their best? I have no idea-do you?

Melted chocolate always works for me..... and no I don't eat it out of a bowl
 
I find it a load of bollocks - I don't need anything to improve or provide me with a sex drive - I think hubby would leave if the demand was to increase!!:icon_blow
 
i find,
avacacado , garlic, bee-honey , milk , slow realse grains helpful. plus excercises ( keegal excercises are goo )
