If they're caught, they'll be sentenced to years of hard labour. And whatever they build, it'll show signs of erectile dysfunction. They're unlucky they're not in a country where there's corporal punishment 'cos the caning will probably make them happy!
 
LoL nice one "Hard labour" I guess their hardness will take some time to run out
