This raises a very serious issue for this forum: Whilst we all value the input provided from reviews of establishments and individual WLs posted by forum members, it is clear that this site is being monitored by those who are seeking to close those establishments down.

This means that we either have to stop the reviews to protect the individuals and businesses concerned, or we have to have some way of keeping out the spies.

Any ideas?

One suggestion might be to use a similar system to the one in place for newbie posters: ie you can only gain access to read reviews once you have posted a certain number of reviews yourself (thereby admitting that you have actually used the services, and if you are a spy, that will make you as guilty as the rest of us!)

You sound, a, little, um, how would I put it, defensive! Believe it or not Mr Antonov, there are actually some very good people in this forum, who are trying to do some very good things. If this bothers you, then perhaps it is you, who they should be drawing their attention towards.

Can I ask you a personal question Mr Antonov? Do you support criminal activities in public places? If you answered no, then perhaps you should calm down a little bit... huh!

As for your remark "(thereby admitting that you have actually used the services, and if you are a spy, that will make you as guilty as the rest of us!)", may I also point out, Mr Antonov, that whilst annoying to person's, like yourself, whose only concern in life, appears to be their own selfish sexual gratification, regardless of its consequences to other people, those who have the responsibility bestowed upon themselves, to ensure the safety and well being of other person's of interest, and to monitor, as, "you" put it, against potentially criminal activities, they would in actual fact, be "immune" from any form of prosecution, as entrapment is a common practice used to expose criminal activities.

I am trying to get a serious discussion going about the best way to avoid inadvertently exposing WLs to potential prosecution by openly reviewing their services on this website and you write that drivel...
 
I know what you mean , and think that you do have a point but if big Brother was going to do anything about it it would have been done already in my view
 
But that is EXACTLY the point - several places have been closed down in the last few months. And that can only happen if someone dobs them in, or the council finds out somehow that they are providing services other than "foot massage" and "eyebrow waxing"
