I now understand why and it will take you time to get faith back. Never pay deposits unless only 20% of booking which is showing good faith on both sides.

I see the story now and I feel for you as this will haunt you for a long time. I will take the time to email this to Alicia and ask her to make contact with you it should be honored

BS Mike .. naming someone who has conned you is EXACTLY the right thing to be doing. Untrue accusations could be an issue, but cold hard facts of a personal experience is exactly the 'advertising' this lady needs IMO.

book her again, diff number and name. turn up, then you get to confront her in person while shes sucking your cock.
And you can serve her with small claims summons to appear if you want the better road.

I defer to you obvious greater understanding of liable & deformation laws.

Facts may be fine, but without all facts from both sides being presented upfront, then including emotional terms/accusations such as “ripoff” or “conned” is cannon fodder for those with a litigious bent.

But as I say I defer to your wisdom & greater expertise thank you for sharing your great wisdom & I commend Mrs L for her positive initiatives to seek a resolution.

Well said mate!! Im over this political correctness shit, imagine if he did it to her, as in refused to pay. Hed be the biggest prick in the world. Name and shame so we, as clients, don't also fall victim to her. And as far as litigation, seriously???? Its not even her real name, a pseudonym FFS to deliberately hide her identity for the sole purpose of not being identified and held accountable in her life as a W/L. . So, he is really naming a fictitious character at the end of the day. Shes prob had 20 different names over the years, again, to hide and change her identity. Id be getting my cash back 1 way or another, theres more than 1 way to skin a cat.
