bad luck but seeing as over the years ive seen prob close to 50 WL it doesnt surprise me. i could count on 1 hand how many of them wernt a total disapointment and 1/2 that were actually quite a pleasure
 
I think you can write a negative review without being nasty..just word it to mention how you felt let down!
 
I spoke to her to make an appointment but found it difficult to find a time suiting us both. Gave up in the end.
