RustyShack69 summed it up perfectly in his review. I wish I had seen it earlier. Ever so helpful. I recently spent a few nights in Saigon, then went to Vung Tau where Aussies were based during the war, before returning to Saigon. Being under the thumb, I had to squirrel away my pocket money, so I was looking for value when offered "extras" If you go on Youtube and type in massage Saigon, you will get an idea what its like. So my 1st time back in Saigon this visit and I had a couple of failures; mind you, the girls still want a tip, as if you have had an happy ending. One place I went into and I asked to use the toilet, so I could let the afternoons liquid supply out and I was shown a small room, with a hand basin, a floor drain, with an extension cord running across it!!! I was expected to just piss in the corner!!!! Well the massage was just OK with a little bit of tease, but overall. Disappointing. Then she wanted a $40 tip + $15 for the massage. Definitely didn't get an hour.
Mr Google told me that the De Nam hotel has a massage shop, so next day I headed for there. Mr Google also said that the Koreans are very popular with the local girls, as they are willing to pay US$100+ for extras. Mr Google explained that at this establishment, the massage price is fixed but you have to negotiate with the girl extra prices, before you start, who then writes it on a piece of paper and gives it to a steward, who then hands the paper to the cashier and you pay on leaving.
You take the lift to the 2nd floor and was escorted by a male to the change room. Along the way I see a drop dead gorgeous woman in red hot pants and white business shirt top handing over a piece of paper to another man. There appears to be lots of these extra men about the place!! I am shown a change room, which reminded me of a football change room post match. There were Korean men in various stages of undress coming from/going to the showers, which you have to have. I was told to put my clothes in a locker and then have a shower. Mr Google had warnings that some of these lockers have been known to be robbed. Well I panicked and fled as I didn't have the money on me to match Korean prices.
