Found I had more luck meeting estate agent directly. Pretty crazy up here in Joondalup lining with 20 other people!
 
It has become a big issue in Adelaide for many. Both massive shortages of places and prices have gone sky high.
I feel very blessed to own two houses my adult children live in. My rental is secure via a fantastic private landlord. But come end of the year when I have to move into the newly built house. My rent will be doubling. My landlord owns 4 adjoining houses and they are being knocked down in stages. 7 houses going on blocks that had 2 houses
