Wrote this in October two years ago. That was when I had 3 Covid jabs. Today, I've had 6 in total.
 
Well, I work in a high exposure risk group dealing with members of the public often. Little was known about Covid at the time and its spread was brought under control. The vaccinations don't mean you don't get the Covid ailment, what it does is help you recover from it better and there are new strains of Covid almost constantly.

Vaccines are supposed to prevent people dying from covid.

Exactly, by recovering from it, it prevents them from dying from it. Prevention from death and elements of immunity do not imply invincibility. Everyone has their Kryptonite.
