In my experience the reason I haven't done a second booking could be not getting a reply, or difficulty of getting to her place. Which is disappointing since I had enjoyed the first visit. Also financial stress can be a high possibility.
 
I said this on another thread, then realised it fitted here as well :

'My preference if for 30 yr old, size 8s, but one of my regulars is a 40s, size 14. I go back because she smiles and laughs and hugs me like she means it.'

But if it all looks/feels mechanical, then I'm gone.
