- 250g boneless chicken, bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in the pan for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve hot or pack in a small container for office lunch.
