Does anyone know where you can buy PVC or latex fitted sheets or bedding in Perth? Even online stores in Australia... Have been looking for a while and I. Can only find stuff on eBay or from the UK.

I would have thought any hospital supply store for the elderly would have it.
 
In Kmart they have waterproof fitted mattress protectors, they don't last long in machine washes though and don't have the same aesthetic appeal...so just a suggestion for if you're desperate for mattress salvation!
 
Try Clark Rubber, I googled for info for you and this is what came up for Perth, you should have some luck with them :)

You may have to get them made , I've had pvc curtains made , long time ago...
