  2. Be clean & tidy, apartment is fitted out with all the needs for your job.
  3. We can help with your bookings as a 2nd number on your advertising. Any bookings we take for you are subject to a 25% commission, which you pay us via bank transfer daily.
  4. It is a lovely high-rise apartment with great balconies two bedrooms two bathrooms two car parking spaces.

Or the V8 Supercars is awesome too. That's in June. From the 19th until 21st.

Lot's of events in Darwin over the dry season. A great time for a working holiday.

The wet season is great too. So beautiful and more localised events though the fishing and hunting takes off.

How can you live in a place that gets to 35 degrees with 96% Humidity thats Singapore but hotter every day. that would kill me.... yep I am a wimp.

It's character building. I don't mind if I have air-conditioning to chill in after. When we bought our property, we did 2 build ups and 1 1/2 wet seasons without air-conditioning. That was %#*%Ed.. 🤣
