I want to work privately but not have to manage the communication, bookings and screening! can’t seem to find anywhere

yea? it's called a brothel? if you don't like the the management aspect of working privately, then maybe
develop relationships with other WLs to spread the workload... that's it... the only two answers.. you're getting
an idea of why most don't do this for a long time....
