Priapism- what is it- have you encountered it in the workplace?

I thought that I would bring up a medical condition called Priapism. Priapism is a prolonged erection lasting more than 4hrs and may often not be relieved by orgasm. The cause may be due to a medical condition or by the misuse of medications - both pharmacological & illicit. Priapism is a serious condition and requires medical treatment immediately. Curious if anyone has encountered this in the workplace and if so how it was handled?

Have heard of this and I believe it's an issue for some males working in the porn industry. Over medication is the culprit in their situation.
