I've been a WL on and off for a while. At the moment am planning to come back. Looking at the advertisement so many ladies are offering BBFS or some sort of a BB service. Problem is some of the Ts and WL'S I know, say the are willing to offer natural services because of the medication PrEp. I know it's for prevention of HIV but not the rest of the STI'S. So when one of the workers says I'll do BB cause they have taken the medication, will you? I thought it's illegal to have unprotected sex?????

Absolutely not. And that is the scary thing that is happening. A lot of people think they are safe because of Prep and that is certainly true for HIV.
But it does not stop anything else.
Where I get tested at a clinic all nurses say the other STI’s are off the charts because of this reason.

Maybe if you decide to return to the industry your point of difference could be safe and amazing sex at a reasonable price? I think what's missing in the market is a genuine connected experience for some of the more mature punters. Look after yourself leonidah, no glove no love!!
 
I have never heard of this medication. Or the fact SW are even doing this. Sadly as long as there is a demand for unsafe practice's. People will keep offering them. Keep your self safe and have regular STI testing
 
There appears to be a growing culture through the threads of guys seeking unsafe sex services. I hate it.

Creates a perfect storm for a quick spread through the community if anything virulent breaks out. It’s just stupid.

@leonidah if you promote your services as safe practices, no exception, there are those of us here that appreciate that 💯.

I have noticed an increase in workers openly advertising. And have seen an increase in clients asking. So much, I clearly state in my ad, request for natural sex will result in you being blocked.
I need to refresh myself with state laws on disclosing to sexual partners if a person has HIV/AIDS and or any STI
End of the day, we have no control over others' practices. We can only control how we take care of our own health
 
I can only speak for myself, but I suspect that I represent a lot of older guys who don't have the same blind faith in all kinds of wonderful new drugs that solve everything.

Therefore I avoid SW who offer natural anything (apart from a handjob).

I would certainly be in the market for a lady who offered safe practices - no exceptions as @Brumby suggested (depending on price point).

I’m a WL who uses prEp. only bc I’ve had encounters w clients who tamper with the condom or stealth me, take it for a little peace of mind.
But Ofc that medication doesn’t prevent other STI/STDs and I’m paranoid as hell to catch anything 😅. the second a client asks me if I offer any BB service I’m quite stern w setting my boundaries.

It concerns a growing culture of unprotected services throughout the threads. I know MAK wouldn’t be impressed with it as this site promotes Safe Sex. Hope she is going okay, been a long time since seeing MAK active in the forum.

I respect your honesty.
Is this a medication you take ongoing? Or something you take if a client removes a condom or one break?
May I ask what Ofc stand for?

I take it once a day, I’ve only just recently started on it. I usually take it before work and I try and take nap straight after bc it makes me hell nauseous.

Hopefully you have a Doctor's advice on taking this medication ?

Because I know very little about medications, I always rely on people who have spent years training to know all about them rather than Mr Google.
